Everything from one hand
ETM Dynamics is a development partner for NVH. Together with our customers, we develop products that meet individual requirements. Thanks to 80 years of experience and our state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to develop solutions for the most demanding tasks. Ready-to-assemble systems made of elastic components with flanges or adapters can be developed, tested and produced due to our great competence.
Own materials laboratory
When developing our products, we use our state-of-the-art materials laboratory to ensure that you get the best possible solution for your application. In doing so, we can develop and process various elastomer compounds (NBR, SBR, EPDM, silicone / VMQ) according to your requirements.
Virtual product development
As part of our virtual product development, our experts validate solution concepts on the basis of a virtual prototype using multi-body simulation (MBS) and finite element method (FEM) up to FKM evaluation (strength verification). Rapid prototyping allows us in the next step to verify calculation and measurement in an application-oriented way, with mostly non-linear material behavior. Thus, we offer our customers fast, cost-effective and benefit-oriented development work.
Own test field
We put our products through their paces in our in-house test facility. In addition to service life test stands, hydraulic linear and rotary cylinders, we also use electrodynamic shakers and high-speed test stands.
